If Christian radio is your speed, and you love listening to pop music by LDS artists and other Christian light rock artists, Face the Fire by The Truman Brothers is for you! I love their arrangement of “The Day Dawn is Breaking,” which made the hymn feel fresh. Other songs personally written and arranged by the Trumans include the tender “Bruised,” and titular “Face the Fire.” The brothers work well in close harmony, and the individualized pieces on their album work well together.

If your family likes to avoid standard top 40 radio presentations but wants to still have like-minded music and beats as an offering, Face the Fire is a solid option! Who is this for? My older nephew who loves pop but wants it to be milder and more spiritual? I could easily see hearing the Truman Brothers on Christian radio, as they have strong voices, good arrangements, and well-curated tracks.
